Ever since Doane Paper was launched in the fall of 2005 I get a “hack” about once a week where someone has taken the free .PDF sheet of DP and has made it 100 zillion times better. I pretty much cringe every time I get one of these hacks but a couple of days ago I got the first one that I really like. Dr. (the MD kind) Craig Bradley modified the standard .PDF to be used in a meeting notes setting and it’s awesome! I’m hereby awarding the “Meeting Note” hack by Dr. Craig Bradley (click here to download) as the first and only officially recognized Doane Paper hack.
